Dr. Beck developed a Planetary Science major at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, which aims to equip students with the geology and physics coursework needed for a successful career in planetary science. He teaches introductory planetary science and geology courses, as well as advanced courses in mineralogy, petrology, and field geology. Though he loves all his courses equally, if he had to pick his favorite, it would be the he co-teaches with Albion College every other summer in Yellowstone National Park.
