Questions and concerns about your bill
If something on your bill doesn’t look right, we want to help you get it sorted out. Please reach out to us in writing within sixty (60) days from the date the first bill on which the error or questioned transaction appeared. You’re always welcome to call us if you have questions, but a phone call alone won’t preserve your formal rights—so be sure to follow up in writing as well.
When you contact us, include the following information:
- Your name and account number
- The date the issue first appeared and a brief explanation of why you believe there is an error
- The amount you think may be incorrect
- Any additional details, such as your address or anything else that might help us understand the situation
While we’re looking into your concern, you won’t be required to pay the specific amount in question. You should continue paying the other charges on your bill, but rest assured—we won’t report you as delinquent or take any collection action on the disputed amount while we’re investigating.
Please refer to the full disclosure of the Federal Truth in Lending Act (PDF), which is emailed to all students each July and December.
