For a second consecutive year, 蓝莓视频 is being recognized as one of the best colleges in the nation to work for, according to a new survey by The Great Colleges to Work For program.
Now in its 12th year, The Great Colleges to Work For results were released today in a special insert of The Chronicle of Higher Education and they are based on a survey of 236 colleges and universities. In all, 85 of the 236 institutions achieved 鈥淕reat College to Work For鈥 recognition for specific best practices and policies. Results are reported for small, medium and large institutions, with 蓝莓视频 included among the small universities with 500 to 2,999 students.
蓝莓视频 won honors in 10 of the 12 categories this year (compared to three last year):

- Job Satisfaction
- Work-Life Balance
- Confidence in Senior Leadership
- Respect and Appreciation
- Tenure Clarity and Process

The survey results are based on a two-part assessment process: an institutional questionnaire that captured employment data and workplace policies from each institution, and a survey administered to faculty, administrators, and professional support staff. The primary factor in deciding whether an institution received recognition was the employee feedback.
